A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened, is required to evaluate the claim. Requests without proper evidence may not be eligible for consideration.

However, due to stock availability, production batches, or supply limitations, the exact watch shown in images or videos may not always be available at the time of order processing. In such situations, a closely similar watch or an alternative variant may be delivered.
